Review criteria
The review helps participants see where the design, facilitation flow, and delivery evidence can be improved before submission.
Process
The process is designed to be simple: submit your materials, let SHEQ review internally, then receive practical improvement guidance.
Upload the course outline, session plan, and presentation slides, then provide the video recording link.
The SHEQ team checks the submission against TAP Assistance review expectations.
Improvement guidance is prepared based on the submitted materials.
The participant receives feedback to improve materials before accreditation submission.
Future AI-assisted review
SHEQ is exploring an AI-assisted first-layer review system for the future. It is not live yet, and human review remains important before feedback is shared.
When introduced, AI-assisted screening would support the first layer of review only. Feedback will still be subject to SHEQ team review before being shared with participants. For now, eligible participants should use the submission form above or contact SHEQ on WhatsApp if they need guidance before submitting.
TAP Assistance guidance
Eligible SHEQ HRD Corp Train the Trainer participants can submit TAP materials now or WhatsApp SHEQ for guidance before sending the course outline, session plan, presentation slides, and video recording link.
